摘要
半球谐振陀螺是一种具有广阔应用前景的高精度陀螺。由于制造工艺和装配过程中的因素,其结构难免会出现误差。根据闭环检测机理,推导出结构误差的数学表达式,分析了它对测量结果的影响,这对于编制软件算法以补偿结构误差具有一定的指导意义。
Hemispherical resonator gyro is a kind of high accuracy gyro that has wide application perspective. Due to some factors induced by fabrication technology and fitting process, the structure error is inevitable. The structure error equation is deduced based on the close-loop detecting theory and its effect on the measuring result is analyzed. These can guide the software programming to compensate the structure errors.
