摘要
中国正处于经济体制改革不断深化和政治体制改革稳步推进的历史时期,面临的问题和矛盾很多,其中公众行政领域成为人们关注的焦点。理论和实践要求行政机关必须坚持“三个代表”重要思想,健全行政听证制度,推行行政公开,并不断完善行政执法责任制,推进行政法治建设。
Suggestions on carrying China's administrative legal system to a new stage is put forword: administrative organizations must maintain' the Three Represents' thought in theory and practice; completing adimnistrative holding court system;carrying out opening administration;improving steadily the administrative law enforcement responsibility system.
