我军的发展历史,就是不断进行战略谋划并付诸实施的过程。我军之所以能够从小到大,从弱到强,从胜利走向胜利,首要的因素还是战略谋划在总体上英明正确。《孙子兵法》就是精于谋划的战略学,我军的战略谋划体现和蕴含了多方面的兵学思想:一是以"道胜"为本,二是以"知胜"为先,三是以"算胜"为要,四是以"全胜"为上。
The development history of the PLA is a course of constantly launching strategic planning and implementation. The reason why the PLC can grown from small to large, from weak to strong, and achieving continuous victories is mainly because the PLA can make overall correct strategic planning. The Art of War is the stratagem science that is good at planning. The strategic planning of the PLA displays and contains many aspects of military thinking. First, taking moral victory as the foundation. Second, taking intelligent victory as the first thing. Third, taking estimation victory as the essential. Fourth, take complete victory as the purpose.
