摘要
从自由曲面数控加工特点和工程应用需要出发,提出了基于等粗糙度原则的刀具路径规划方法。与其它刀具路径规划方法相比,能够进一步提高零件的加工精度,省去其它后续精加工工序,缩短加工时间,节约加工成本。在计算刀具路径时,将空间点的计算映射到平面参数域内进行,保证了算法的稳定性、可靠性。
From the viewpoint of characteristics of freeform surface machining and engineering application, a method for tool path planning based on Isoscallop is presented. Compared with other methods for tool path planning, it can further improve part machining precision, leave out working procedure of finish machining, shorten machining hours and economize machining cost. On calculating cutter path, the stability and reliability of algorithm can be ensured through mappeding space points calculation into plane parameter field.
