介绍一种新的金相检测方法——复型技术 ,它能够检测现场金相显微镜无法检测到的形状复杂部位。详细介绍了复型的制备过程及关键环节 ,同时介绍了一种操作简便。
This paper has introduced a new metallographic examination method named the coping technology, it can examine the complicated shape areas which can not be examined by the conventional microscope on the job site. The preparation process and key links for this technology were discussed in this paper in detail, meanwhile an easy operation methods with reliable possibility has been introduced as well.
