摘要
研究了用火焰原子吸收光谱法间接测定饲料预混硒中硒,与其它方法比较,简单、快速,测定的相对标准偏差小于5.0%,回收率为96.3%~104.0%,检出限为0.0005%。
The sample is dissolved in mixed acid and fumed with HClO4. An aliquot of the sample solution containing less than 140μg of selenium is taken. Hydroxylamine hydrochloride solution is added to reduce selenium to Se(Ⅳ). A definite amount (250μg) of Cu2+ is added to react with Se(Ⅳ) quantitatively to form cupric selenide precipitate. The unreacted Cu2+ in the solution is determined by FAAS, and selenium is thus determined indirectly. Recoveries found by standard addition method were in the range 96.3% to 104.0%. RSD′s (n=6) found at the concentration levels of w(Se) 1.2% and 0.017% were 2.0% and 4.6% respectively. Analytical results obtained by this method were checked with that obtained by standard method (GB/T 13883-1992) and good conformity was achieved.
