亮蓝示踪土壤水分运移的适宜浓度研究 被引量:4

摘要 尽管亮蓝是一种广泛用于研究土壤水分运移的染色剂,但其自身的吸附作用是否影响水分自由运移、如何选择适宜的染色浓度等尚需研究。此次使用5种浓度的亮蓝溶液在3种土壤中进行土柱入渗试验,对比不同亮蓝浓度下的稳定出流速率、水分穿透时间、湿润锋与染色峰偏离情况,寻求亮蓝染色剂在土壤水分运移示踪研究中的适宜浓度。结果表明:(1)在0~2.0g/L浓度范围内,亮蓝染色剂的添加未影响到水向土体入渗行为,即亮蓝染色剂示踪土壤入渗是可行的。(2)染色剂浓度为1.5g/L时,水分穿透土柱的时间、稳定出流速率最接近对照(0.0g/L),但各浓度之间差异很小;而以染色锋面与水的湿润锋面之差计算的迟滞系数值判断,黑垆土适宜的亮蓝溶液为1.5g/L,黄绵土1.5~2.0g/L和砂土2.0g/L浓度。(3)迟滞系数与土壤黏粒含量存在极显著正相关关系,有一定吸附能力的亮蓝溶液更适合黏粒含量低的土壤。综合考虑,三类土壤采用1.5~2.0g/L染色浓度研究土壤水分运移是可行的。 Although brilliant blue is one of dyes which is widely used to trace water movement path,there is a need to examine whether the absorption of brilliant blue affects the water movement and how researchers can choose a more suitable dying concentration.In order to determine the suitable concentration of brilliant blue by comparing steady effluent rate,water breakthrough time and the condition of deviation between wetting front and dying front,this infiltration experiment is set in three soil types by using 5brilliant blue concentrations.The results are demonstrated as follows.(1)Among the ranges of 0~2.0g/L,the addition of brilliant blue has no apparent effect on the infiltration behavior,namely,it is feasible to use brilliant blue to trace water infiltration.(2)When the brilliant blue concentration is 1.5g/L,the water breakthrough time and steady effluent rate are almost close to control group(0.0g/L),but differences are small between different concentrations;however,according to the retardation coefficient(R)caused by the differences between dying front and wetting front,the most suitable concentration for Heilu soil is 1.5g/L brilliant blue,1.5~2.0g/L brilliant blue for loessial soil and 2.0g/L brilliant blue for sandy soil.(3)There is significant positive correlation between R and clay content.Brilliant blue,which has adsorption capacity,is most suitable for the soils whose clay contents are low.By comprehensive consideration,it is feasible to use 1.5~2.0g/L brilliant blue to trace soil water movement.
