摘要
针对油田油井内油管传统清洗工艺存在的能耗高、清洗效果差、污染环境、效率低等问题 ,开发了高压水射流油管清洗技术 ,并对该技术进行了现场应用研究。实践证明 ,该技术克服了原工艺技术的不足 ,确保了清洗修复质量 ,提高了生产效率 ,节约了能源 ,改善了工人工作条件 。
The high pressure jetting water cleaning technique is developed to solve the problems brought by traditional tubing cleaning technique, which including high energy consumption, poor cleaning quality , environment pollution and etc. The practices on location indicates this new cleaning technique can overcome the disadvantage of traditional teqhnique, improve production efficiency, save energy, provide better working condition and ensure the cleaning quality.
