摘要
由于生活垃圾的结构及成分变化多样性,同常规燃料相比,其水分高,稳定燃烧难度大,运行中消耗一定量的辅助能源。如何在焚烧中调整焚烧使其趋于稳定和优化,有效回收利用资源是技术人员探索的问题。该文主要介绍了顺推式炉排的燃烧调整试验,提出了炉排上垃圾在各段的堆放厚度,一次风在各段的送风量及炉排一次风压力等对燃烧的影响。
Living garbage, because of its diversity in makeup and composition, as compared with conventional fuel, is featured by its high content of water, bad combustion stability, and the necessitude to consume a certain amount of supporting energy while being processed. Therefore, how to adjust combustion during the combustion process, so that it may stabilize and get optimized, effectively recovering and utilizing resources, has ever since been a problem explored by technical professionals. The paper describes mainly combustion adaption tests of pusher type fed grates.The paper suggests suitable garbage layer thicknesses and amount of air flow for the different sections and discusses of the influence on combustions of factors such as the boiler grate's primary air pressure.
