摘要
当今世界是以科学技术和知识经济为特征的时代,知识和人才日益成为推动社会和经济发展的主要动力。而作为人才培养主渠道的高职教育必须顺应这一时代发展的要求。高职院校存在的传统教育模式已经不适应时代的发展,高职院校学生毕业就业难与用人单位岗位没有合适人选的问题共存,这种现象已经成为社会话题关注的重点。在新人口红利背景下,高职院校应该通过校企合作这一模式培养人才,为社会输送高质量的劳动力。
Knowledge and talents are becoming the main motive force to push social and economic development in the now era with the characters of scientific technology and knowledge economy. While as the main body of talents cultivation,the higher vocational colleges cannot meet of the new era development need because of their traditional education modes. The vocational college graduates low employment rate and rare talents for enterprises vacant position s co-exist at present. Under the new demographic dividend,higher vocational college should adopt cooperation with enterprises to provide high quality skilled labor force.
