摘要
目前,产学研背景下我国工科研究生创新能力培养方面仍存在着诸多问题,针对这些问题提出对工科研究生创新能力培养模式的构建,以此来调动他们对学习的主动性、科技创新性及实践动手能力的提高,发掘他们的潜能,使其实现与学校、企业共赢,最终服务于地方和国家的建设。
At present,under the background of production,study and research,many problems still exist in engineering graduate students’ innovation ability training in our country.Construction of their innovative ability training mode was put forward to mobilize their learning initiative,science and technology innovation and practical ability,explore their potential and achieve win- win cooperation with schools and enterprises,thus to serve the local and national construction.
