大豆肽和小麦肽抗疲劳功能的实验研究 被引量:9

Experimental study on the antifatigue function of soybean peptide and wheat peptide

摘要 目的:对大豆肽和小麦肽的抗疲劳功能和二者之间的协同作用进行研究。方法:将小鼠随机分成PBS组、大豆肽组、小麦肽组和复配组(大豆肽:小麦肽=2:1),每组10只,共40只,灌胃剂量均为6 g/60 kg·d。进行力竭游泳时间测试,取血清检测总肌酸激酶(CK)含量,小鼠骨骼肌匀浆检测MDA、T-SOD、GSH-Px、SDH含量。结果:大豆肽和小麦肽2:1复配具有协同增强作用,提高小鼠自身的抗氧化能力,阻止生物膜的脂质过氧化,减少骨骼肌的损伤,起到抗疲劳的功效。结论:大豆肽和小麦肽2:1的复合处理有更好的抗疲劳效果。 Objective:To study the antifatigue function and synergistic effect of soybean peptide and wheat peptide.Methods:Mice were randomly divided into PBS group,soybean peptide group,wheat peptide group and compound group(soybean peptide:wheat peptide=2:1).There were 10 mice in each group,a total of 40 mice,with the gavage dose of 6 g/60 kg·d.The amount of total creatine kinase(CK)was measured in serum,the contents of MDA,T-SOD,GSH-Px and SDH were measured in skeletal muscle homogenate of mice after the exhaustive swimming time test.Results:The combination of soybean peptide and wheat peptide 2:1 has synergistic enhancement effect,could improve the antioxidant capacity of mice,prevent lipid peroxidation of biofilm,reduce skeletal muscle damage,and play an antifatigue effect.Conclusion:The combined treatment of soybean peptide and wheat peptide 2:1 has better antifatigue effect.
