摘要
食品抽样是食品安全监督抽检中的第一步,也是最重要的一步。按"十三五"规划要求,食品抽样检验量大大提高,随之带来的抽样问题也越来越多。文章旨在讨论食品安全抽样过程中的计划、人员、设施设备等问题,对监管单位和抽样部门提出解决问题的有效建议。
Food sampling is the first and most important step in food safety supervision and sampling.According to the requirements of the 13 th Five-Year Plan,the quantity of food sampling inspection has been greatly increased,with more and more sampling problems.The purpose of this paper is to discuss issues such as planning,personnel,facilities and equipment in the process of food safety sampling,and to put forward effective suggestions to regulators and sampling departments to solve the problems.
