摘要
酸性电解水具有极低的pH值,其杀菌效果已经得到公认,但在提取技术上的应用还少见报道。研究以柿子渣为研究对象,采用酸性电解水为提取溶剂,在单因素试验基础上,以pH、温度、时间、料液比为试验因素,采用Box-Behnken响应面分析法,对柿子渣中的果胶提取效果进行了考察。试验结果表明采用酸性电解水进行柿子渣果胶提取的最佳工艺条件为:p H为1.6,温度为85.4℃,时间为79 min,其提取得率优化结果预测值5.7049%与实证结果5.678%接近。该研究对柿子加工的废弃物再利用提供了技术支持。
Acidic electrolyzed water has a very low pH value and its bactericidal effect has been recognized, but its application in extraction technology has not been reported. In this study, the persimmon residue was used as the research object and acid electrolyzed water as the extraction solvent. Based on the single factor test, the pH, temperature, time, and the ratio of solid to liquid were used as experimental factors. Box-Behnken response surface analysis method was applied to the persimmon residue. The pectin extraction effect was examined. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction of persimmon residue with acidic electrolyzed water were: pH 1.6, temperature 85.4 ℃, and time 79 minutes. The predicted value of the extraction yield optimization result of 5.7049% was closed to the experimental empirical result of 5.678%. This result provided technical support for the reuse of persimmon processed waste.
