摘要
以生产废弃物啤酒糟为原料,通过聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)修饰及戊二醛交联制备改性啤酒糟生物吸附剂;以模拟Cr(Ⅵ)废水为处理对象,通过吸附条件优化,得到Cr(Ⅵ)废水的最佳吸附工艺.结果显示,用4g 60~80目啤酒糟,加入100mL 4%聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)甲醇溶液,室温摇床振荡24h;再直接转入200mL 1.5%戊二醛溶液中,磁力搅拌0.5h所得处理啤酒糟改性效果最佳.以此改性啤酒糟做吸附剂,pH为2,初始浓度为150mg/L的重金属Cr(Ⅵ)废水,30℃条件下吸附120min,Cr(Ⅵ)吸附率达98%PEI修饰改性啤酒糟是一种很具应用前景的铬废水生物吸附材料.
Using brewers grains from beer production waste as the raw material,modified brewers grains biosorbent is prepared through polyethylenimine(PEI)modification and glutaraldehyde cross-linking process.Taking the simulated Cr(Ⅵ)wastewater as the treatment object,the optimal adsorption process is obtained through the optimization of adsorption conditions of Cr(Ⅵ).The results show that,the modified brewers grain can achieve the best results when 4g modified beer and 100mL 4%(PEI)methanol solution are placed in 250mL conical flask at room temperature and shaken for 24hours to produce the mixture which is then shifted to 200mL 1.5% glutaraldehyde solution directly,and under magnetic stirring for half an hour.The optimal parameters for adsorption conditions are:adsorbent concentration of 150mg/L,adsorbent particle size of 60~80mesh,pH 2.0,adsorbent amount of 4.0g/L,adsorption time and temperature of 2hand 30℃,respectively.The maximal absorption rate is 98%.The modified brewers grains with PEI modification are a promising treatment of chromium wastewater biological materials.
