摘要
文章建立了一种用高效液相色谱法测定水产品和农贸集市中养鱼水中孔雀石绿的方法.采用安捷伦XDB-C18(150mm×4.0mm)作为分析柱,紫外检测,检测波长为260nm,乙腈和水(80∶20)混合物作流动相.实验结果表明,在以上的色谱条件下,水产品中隐性孔雀石绿在一天之内的相对标准偏差为0.21%~3.7%,样品的回收率为76.8%~112.5%,检测限为0.65μg/L.该法可简便应用于常规检测和产品的质量控制.
The method for determining leucomalachite green by HPLC is investigated.The optimum separation is performed on an Agilent XDB-C18analytical column(150mm ×4.0mm)using a UV detector at 260nm for detection.The mobile phase is the mixer of 80percent acetonitrile and 20percent water.Under this condition,agood peak signal of samples is acquired and Intraday relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.21%~3.7%.The average recovery of the analytical spiked in species is 76.8%~112.5%and limit of detection(LOD)was 0.65μg/L.It can be easily and conveniently adopted for the routine quality control analysis.
