摘要
公共体系规划是经济开发区发展建设的重要环节.以浙江省杭州湾经济开发区为例,探索公共体系规划的可持续发展理念,实现经济开发区公共体系在环境、经济与社会三个子系统的协调发展.并提出了开发区类型的公共体系规划的策略、内容框架及空间布局.
The public system planning is one of the important links in the construction of development zones.Taking the Hangzhou Bay Economic Development Zone as a case for study,the article explores the idea of the sustainable development in the public system planning,brings about a coordinated development of the three sub-systems of environment,economy and society in the public system of the economic development zone,and presents tactics,indicative framework and spatial arrangement for the public system planning of the development-zone type.
