摘要
以金属钾为还原剂,在650℃的温度下、在高压釜中通过共还原四氯化钒和氟硅酸钠原料合成了目标产物,XRD分析表明合成的产物是六方相的二硅化钒(VSi2),透射电镜照片显示合成的VSi2具有颗粒状,颗粒的直径范围为30-60nm,平均直径大约为40nm.文章对反应的机理作了探讨.
Nanocrystalline vanadium disilicide is synthesized by co-reducing vanadium tetrachloride and sodium fluorosilicate with metallic potassium in an autoclave at 650℃.The analysis of X-ray diffraction indicates that the product is hexagonal VSi2.Transmission electronic microscope images show that the sample consists of particles with the diameters of 30-60nm and an average diameter of about 40 nm.The reactive mechanism is also discussed.
