摘要
本文讨论计算机辅助有机合成设计中的 BE 矩阵理论。描述了 BE 矩阵的意义和性质。对化学反应的 BE 矩阵表示、化学距离最小原理以及如何用 BE 矩阵来研究有机合成设计和有机反应机理进行了讨论。
This paper wish to disscuss tle theory of BE-matrix in orgame synthesis designidng by computer.We described tle specificatation and properties of BE-matrix and presented some applications of BE-matrix in computer assisted organic synthesis,such as Chemical reaction represen- tation of BE matrix,principle of minimum chemical distance,how to study organic synthesis reaction and mechanism by BE-matrix and so on.
