摘要
目的探究平顶山市青春期学生发育指标对血脂的影响,为制定青春期血脂标准和开展青春期脂代谢异常研究提供相关依据。方法选取2015-09-10-2016-03-10平顶山市6所学校初一至初三1 000名汉族学生作为研究对象,男女各500人。采用问卷形式对所有研究对象进行以下内容调查,回收率100%。(1)背景:包括年级、出生日期、家庭经济情况、父母职业、男生是否出现首次遗精和女生是否出现月经初潮;(2)生活习惯:包括饮食情况、静坐时间、体育、锻炼和睡眠情况。结果男生不同年龄段总胆固醇水平差异有统计学意义,F=4.985,P<0.05。腰围(t=8.726,P<0.01)、年龄和是否遗精是影响男生血脂水平的主要因素。腰围与三酰甘油(t=8.726,P<0.01)、高密度脂蛋白(t=-8.415,P<0.01)、低密度脂蛋白(t=5.215 6,P<0.01)有相关性;年龄越大,总胆固醇水平越低(t=-3.412,P<0.05);低密度脂蛋白水平高的一般为未发生遗精的男生(t=-2.158,P<0.05);女生中各指标和总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白均无相关性,均P>0.05。结论青春期男性学生血脂水平受到年龄、性发育的影响,腰围对血脂的影响较大。
OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between the level of blood lipid and sexual development index and sex hormone levels in adolescent students in Pingdingshan,and to provide a basis for the study of the standard of adolescent blood lipid and the study of abnormal lipid metabolism in puberty.METHODS A total of 1 000 students of Han nationality were selected from the first grade to the third grade in 6 middle schools in Pingdingshan City from September10,2015 to March 10,2016.The following contents were investigated in all questionnaires by questionnaire,and the recovery rate was 100%.(1)background data including grade,date of birth,family economy,parents′occupation,whether boys had first sperm,whether girls had menarche;(2)living habits including diet,sitting time,physical exercise and sleep.RESULTS There was a statistically significant difference in total cholesterol levels among boys in different age groups,F=4.985,P<0.05.Waist circumference(t=8.726,P<0.01),age and nocturnal emission were the main factors affecting male blood lipid levels.Waist circumference was correlated with triacylglycerol(t=8.726,P<0.01),high-density lipoprotein(t=-8.415,P<0.01),and low-density lipoprotein(t=5.215 6,P<0.01).The older the student was,the lower the total cholesterol level was(t=-3.412,P<0.05).Those with high levels of low density lipoprotein were generally boys who did not have spermatorrhea(t=-2.158,P<0.05).There were no correlations between the indicators in girls and total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein(all P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS Adolescent male students′blood lipid level is affected by age,sexual development and sex hormone level.The waist circumference has a greater impact on blood lipid.
