摘要
目的全面了解泰安市艾滋病抗病毒治疗工作现状,分析抗病毒治疗工作转交医疗机构情况及存在的问题,为进一步做好全市艾滋病抗病毒治疗工作提供依据。方法 2018-04-20-2018-12-31对泰安市所辖6个县市区已经接管抗病毒治疗工作的医疗机构专(兼)职医务人员4名、疾病预防控制中心负责抗病毒治疗管理工作人员6名和部分正在治疗的艾滋病病毒感染者或艾滋病患者进行问卷调查,运用主题分析方法对问卷调查资料进行归纳总结。结果泰安市泰山区、岱岳区、新泰市、肥城市、宁阳县和东平县疾控中心已将抗病毒治疗工作转交医疗机构,转交后治疗有序进行,严格贯彻了保密制度,且没有出现医疗差错,抗病毒治疗及随访管理工作均按国家各项指标要求顺利完成,其中机会性感染率下降18.90%;抗病毒治疗覆盖率由2017年87.33%提高到88.09%,提高了0.77%;病毒成功抑制率由2017年的94.32%提高到95.99%,提高了1.67%。感染者对转交医院治疗反映很好和一般各占50.00%;疾控管理人员反映很好占100.00%;医院管理人员反映很好和一般各占50.00%。结论艾滋病抗病毒治疗转交医疗机构适应当前形势需要,感染者普遍反映良好,建议疾控中心与医疗机构和感染者三方做好沟通协调,提升艾滋病防控工作水平。
OBJECTIVE To fully understand the current status of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)antiviral treatment in Taian,to find out the situation of antiviral treatment and the existing problems,to provide the basis for further improve the AIDS antiviral treatment work in the city.METHODS From April 20 to December 31,2018,a questionnaire survey was conducted in the 4 medical staff in specialized(concurrent)occupations of medical institutions who had taken over the work of antiviral therapy in the six counties and municipalities under their jurisdiction,6 of the staff of the CDC responsible for the management of antiviral therapy,some patients with the AIDS treatment.The thematic analysis methods were used to summarize the interview data.RESULTS The Disease Control and Control Center in Taishan District,Daiyue District,Xintai City,Feicheng City,Ningyang County,Dongping County of Tian City had transferred the work of AIDS antiviral treatment to medical institutions,after which the treatment had been carried out in an orderly manner,strict implementation of the confidentiality system,and no medical errors,antiviral treatment and follow-up management were successfully completed according to national indicators,including the opportunistic infection rate had decreased by 19%.The coverage of antiviral therapy increased from 87.33%in 2017 to 88.1%with an increase of0.77%.And the successful inhibition rate of the virus increased from 94.32%in 2017 to 95.99%with an increase of1.67%.The response of the infected people to the hospital treatment was good and the general rate was 50.00%.Response of the disease control management staff was very good,accounting for 100.00%.Hospital management responded well and generally accounted for 50.00%each.CONCLUSIONS AIDS antiretroviral treatment transferred to the medical institutions adapts to the current situation needs,the infected people generally respond well.It is suggested that the CDC should communicate and coordinate with medical institutions and infected persons to improve th
