摘要
从经济发展、社会政策、公共服务及资源环境4个方面,构建了评价城乡转型发展水平的指标体系,运用熵值法测度了近10年来江苏省各市城乡转型发展水平,通过变异系数分析法及空间自相关模型探究城乡转型发展的时空演化特征及其地域类型.研究结果表明:(1)江苏省城乡转型发展水平总体呈上升趋势,并具有明显的阶段趋势,区域差异波动减小.(2)城乡转型发展水平在空间上呈现集聚分布态势,且空间集聚现象先强后弱,苏南、苏中、苏北城乡转型发展水平大致呈由高到低的阶梯状分布,快速转型区主要集中在连云港及宿迁市,慢速转型区则向苏南地区靠拢.(3)综合城乡转型发展水平及空间自相关分析结果将江苏省城乡转型发展划分为5种类型:高水平稳定型、较高水平较稳定型、较低水平较稳定型、较低水平轻微波动型及低水平剧烈波动型.
Constructing evaluation index system for the level of urban-rural transformation development from four aspects as economic development,social policy,public services,resources and environment. Adopting the entropy method to measure the level of urban-rural transition development in Jiangsu Province in recent 10 years. According to this,this paper also analyzed spatial and temporal evolution characteristics and regional types of urban-rural transition development in Jiangsu Province through coefficient of variation analysis and spatial auto-correlation model. The major conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1) the level of urban-rural transition development in Jiangsu Province has been significantly improved and owned obvious periodical trends,and spatial differences of urban-rural transition development also decreased. 2) the level of urban-rural transition development in Jiangsu Province has shown significant space agglomeration characteristics,and the phenomenon of spatial agglomeration was strong first and then weak. The level of urban-rural transition development in Jiangsu Province showed ladderlike distribution from the south to the north,besides,the rapid transition zone was mainly located in Lianyungang and Suqian and the slow transition zone was moving closer to the South of Jiangsu Province. 3) the level of urban-rural transition development and the Spatial auto-correlation analysis in Jiangsu Province determined the five regional types of urbanrural transition development in Jiangsu Province: highest level and most stable type,higher level and more stable type,lower level and more stable type,lower level and slight fluctuation type,lowest level and strong fluctuation type.
