摘要
本文主要研究维生素C与L-精氨酸联合应用对乙醇中毒的预防与缓解作用。以200只大耳白兔为实验对象,随机分为四组,对照组腹腔注射生理盐水8 g/kg,30 min后腹腔注射乙醇4 g/kg,实验组一口服维生素C 100mg/只,腹腔注射L-精氨酸8 g/kg,实验组二口服维生素C 100 mg/只,腹腔注射生理盐水8 g/kg,实验组三腹腔注射L-精氨酸8 g/kg,30 min后实验组一、二、三注射乙醇4 g/kg,观察实验现象。本实验证明了维生素C与L-精氨酸联合应用对大耳白兔乙醇中毒有预防和缓解作用。
The main objective of this article is to research the vitamin C and L-arginine combination on the prevention of alcoholism and relief .200 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups , control group , intraperitoneal injection of normal saline 8g/kg, and intraperitoneal injection of ethanol 4g/kg after 30min,the experimental group 1 oral vitamin C100 mg/each,intraperitoneal injection of L-arginine 8 g/kg,experimental group 2 oral vitamin C100mg/each,intraperitoneal injection of normal saline 8 g/kg, experimental group 3 intraperitoneal injection of L-arginine 8 g/kg, and injection of ethanol 4 g/kg to group 1 to 3 after 30 min,experimental phenomenon was observed .The experiment proved that vitamin C and L-arginine combined intoxication in rabbits had the prevention and mitigation of effects of ethanol .
