摘要
本文试就当前中小学内部管理呈现出的二重现象作一价值分析,主要就6个问题探讨其合理性及不利的方面,以求对相关人员有所帮助.
In this thesis, a value analysis of the duality phenomenon in internal management of the elementary and middle school will be discussed. which includes the rationality and negative influence of the duality phenomenon from six aspects. The aim of the author is to offer inspiration for the relevant personnel.
