摘要
本文在探讨高等教育政策实施的含义及其重要意义的基础上,结合高等教育的特点,对影响高等教育政策实施的因素进行理论上的分析,试图为我国高等教育政策的制定和实施提供一些有益的参考.
On the basis of introducing the meaning and the importance of implementation of higher education policy, the paper analyses the factors on influencing implementation of higher education policy, trying to provide some references for the policy making and implementing of higher education in China.
