摘要
当前人们对食品安全的关注度比较高,加强食品的安全检测力度,是保障食品安全的重要基础工作。这就需要在食品的检测过程中,采用有效的检测技术,应用高效液相色谱法,有助于提高食品检测质量。本文先阐述了高效液相色谱法在食品检测中的应用优势以及不足,重点探究高效液相色谱法在食品检测中的应用,希望借此理论研究,进一步认识高效液相色谱法的应用意义。
At present, people pay more attention to food safety, and strengthening food safety testing is an important basic work to ensure food safety. This requires effective detection techniques were used in the food testing process, and the scientific application of high performance liquid chromatography will help improve the quality of food testing. In this paper, the advantages and dis advantages of high performance liquid chromatography in food testing are briefly explained.The application of high performance liquid chromatography in food detection is discussed. It was hoped that this theoretical study will further understand the application significance high performance liquid chromatography.
