摘要
食品安全直接关系着广大人民群众的身体健康,只有确保食品安全,人们的生命安全才会得到保障。因此,加强食品安全、完善相关县级食品监督机构成为当前社会首要考虑的问题。基于此,本文针对县级食品检测实验室管理工程中遇到的问题以及解决措施展开研究,希望对县级食品检测实验室的管理有所帮助,进一步提高县级食品检测实验室的管理水平,促使我国朝着健康之路不断向前发展。
Food safety is related to the health of the peopledirectly. Only byensuringfood safety, people’s lives canbe protected. Therefore, strengthen food safety and improve relevant county-level food supervision agencies becomesthe primary consideration of the current society. Based on this, this article conducts research on the problems encountered in the county-level food testing laboratory management project and the solutions, in order to help the county-level food testing laboratory, and further improve the county-level food. The management level of the testing laboratory has prompted China to move forward on the road to health.
