摘要
高技能人才的教学工作是将培养在建设、生产一线的高技术人才作为根本目标,注重对学生操作能力以及理论知识的培养,同时加强学生实践能力培养,这不仅需要具备理论以及专业技能的学校教师,还要有能够向学生传授经验的企业师傅。本文以"双导师制"为切入点,对烹饪专业"双导师"制实施过程中存在的问题进行了系统的论述,并从创新教学内容、提升师资水平以及完善评价机制三个方面阐述了"双导师"制在烹饪人才培养中的应用策略。
The teaching work of high-skilled personnel is mainly to cultivate high-tech talents in the construction and production line as the fundamental goal,pay attention to the cultivation of students’operational ability and theoretical knowledge,and strengthen the cultivation of students’practical ability.Not only do school teachers with theoretical and professional skills,but also enterprise teachers who can teach students the experience.This article takes the double tutor system as the entry point,discusses the problems existing in the implementation process of the double tutor system of the culinary professionsystematically,and from the aspects of innovative teaching content,improving the level of teachers and perfecting the evaluation mechanism.The application strategy of double tutor system in the cultivation of culinary talents is expounded.
