摘要 社会经济的不断发展和科学技术日益更新,对食品安全提出了新的要求,对乳及乳制品中脂肪的测定方法也提出了严格要求。乳及乳制品中脂肪的含量要控制在合理范围内,否则就会使脂肪含量过高,继而给民众健康带来诸多负面影响。所以,乳及乳制品中脂肪的测定方法要不断更新、与时俱进,保障食品安全。坚持以人为本,使科学发展观的理念落到实处。基于此,本文将对乳及乳制品中的脂肪测定方法进行探讨,并提出科一些措施,以期为食品安全提供科学保证。 The continuous development of social economy and science and technology increasingly update, puts forward new requirements for food safety, method for determination of the fat in milk and dairy products put forward strict requirements. The content of fat in milk and dairy products to control in the reasonable scope, must not exceed the reasonable scope, otherwise, the fat content will be too high, which in turn bring many negative effects on people's health. Thus, the method for determination of the fat in milk and milk products to constantly updated, to keep pace with the times, to ensure food safety. Adhere to the people-oriented, so that the concept of scientific development concept into effect. Based on this, this article discussed the determination method of fat in milk and dairy products, and then put forward scientific and reasonable measures, so as to provide scientific guarantee for food safety.
