摘要
社会经济的不断发展和科学技术日益更新,对食品安全提出了新的要求,对乳及乳制品中脂肪的测定方法也提出了严格要求。乳及乳制品中脂肪的含量要控制在合理范围内,否则就会使脂肪含量过高,继而给民众健康带来诸多负面影响。所以,乳及乳制品中脂肪的测定方法要不断更新、与时俱进,保障食品安全。坚持以人为本,使科学发展观的理念落到实处。基于此,本文将对乳及乳制品中的脂肪测定方法进行探讨,并提出科一些措施,以期为食品安全提供科学保证。
