摘要
随着社会经济的发展,我国人民的生活水平在不断的提高,人民对于食品的要求也在逐渐增多,而为了保证我国食用食品的安全,需要运用相关的农药检测技术进行农药残留度检验。农药的残留度检测有多种检测方法,其中准确率较高、可操作性和安全性都较好的色谱技术应用较广泛。本文主要针对色谱技术农药残留检测技术做了相关的阐述,并同时分析了色谱技术在农药残留检测中的具体应用。
With the development of society and economy, Chinese people's living standards continue to improve, people's demand for food is gradually increasing, in order to ensure the food security of our country, the need for inspection of pesticide residue detection technology related to the use of pesticides. There are many methods for the detection of pesticide residue, among which the accuracy, operability and safety are better than those of chromatography.In this paper, the chromatographic technology of pesticide residue detection technology are described. At the same time, the specific application of chromatography technology in pesticide residue detection is also analyzed.
