摘要 中国有句古语"民以食为天",这要求我们要不断对食品安全进行严加防控。进入20世纪70年近红外线光谱技术开始兴起,后来被日益的运用于食品检测与质量控制。本文首先对近红外线光谱概念进行了简单的阐述,其次对近红外线光谱上的技术特点进行具体的分析,最后就近红外线光谱技术运用于食品检测与质量控制中的探究提出己建。 China has an old saying 'people eat food for the day', which requires us to continue to strictly control food safety. Into the 20 th century, 70 years near the infrared spectrum technology began to rise, and later was increasingly used in food testing and quality control. In this paper, the concept of near-infrared spectroscopy is briefly described. Secondly, the technical characteristics of nearinfrared spectroscopy are analyzed. Finally, near-infrared spectroscopy is applied to the research of food detection and quality control.
