摘要
按照GB 5413.23-2010对奶粉中碘含量进行测定。分析实验过程中产生不确定度的来源,对各分量进行了计算、合成并作出评定。奶粉中碘含量为(0.692 0±0.054 9)μg/g(k=2),相对扩展不确定度为7.9%。产生不确定度的主要因素为标准曲线拟合、测量重复性和标准溶液浓度。今后检测对主要分量进行控制,提高检测质量。
According to GB 5413.23-2010, the iodine content in infant's milk was determined. Source of the uncertainty components during the determination process was discussed and calculation, synthesis and evaluation of the uncertainty components were made. The iodine content in infant's milk was(0.692 0±0.054 9) μg/g(k=2), and the relative expanded uncertainty was 7.9%. The main factors of uncertainty were the standard curve fitting, the measurement repeatability and the standard solution concentration. In the future, the main components would be controled to improve the detection quality.
