摘要
现有的食品检验设备陈旧老化,尤其是进出口食品安全监管模式与体系难以满足当前检验工作需要,因此进出口食品安全风险逐步增加。本文结合自身工作实践分析了进出口食品安全存在的问题现状、表现及原因,并提出相应的对策与建议。
The existing food inspection equipment obsolete, especially the import and export food safety supervision mode and system is difficult to meet the current needs of the inspection work, so the risk of import and export food safety is gradually increased. In this paper, combined with their own work practice, the present situation, performance and causes of the existing problems of food safety were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
