摘要
食品微生物安全作为食品安全的重要环节,在世界各国都备受关注。本文通过比较分析我国与欧盟、美国、日本等国家微生物检测标准中的不同之处,旨在为我国食品安全微生物标准制定和完善提供技术依据。
As an important part of food safety,food microbiological payed comprehensive attention in many countries around the world. This paper compared and analyzed the differences of the national standards for microbiological testing between China and the EU,the United States,Japan,the aim was to provide technical basis for the development and improvement of food safety standards in China.
