罗丹明B表面分子印迹聚合物的制备及吸附性能 被引量:4

Preparation and Adsorption Performance of Rhodamine B Surface Molecular Imprinted Polymer

摘要 采用分子印迹技术以罗丹明B为模板分子,硅胶为载体,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,通过悬浮聚合法合成了三种罗丹明B表面分子印迹聚合物。考察了影响该三种表面印迹聚合物对罗丹明B的吸附能力的因素、吸附等温线和动力学。结果表明,三种表面分子印迹聚合物对罗丹明B均具有较高的吸附效果,且三种表面分子印迹聚合物对罗丹明B的等温吸附过程均服从Langmuir方程,饱和吸附量分别为101.731,91.071和70.572 mg/g;动力学研究表明该吸附过程遵从准二级动力学方程,吸附速率分为0.012 1, 0.018 5和0.024 9g·mg-1·min-1。 Three Rhodamine B surface molecular imprinted polymers(SMIP)were synthesized by suspension polymerization using RhB,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate,azodiisobutyronitrile and silica gel as template,crosslinking agent,initiator and carrier,respectively.The factors affected the adsorption performance,adsorption isotherm and adsorption kinetics of as-obtained three RhB surface imprinted polymers were investigated,respectively.The result showed that three polymers had a high adsorption efficiency for RhB.Moreover,the adsorption isothermal process for three obtained SMIPs obeyed the Langmuir model,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 101.731,91.071 and 70.572 mg/g,respectively.The adsorption behavior could be well described with pseudo-second-order kinetic equation,with a adsorption rate constant 0.012 1,0.018 5 and 0.024 9 g·mg-1·min-1,respectively.
