摘要
设计一种针对粉体行业而新开发的平桨式干燥机,它采用传导接触传热型与对流传热型结合的方式,以达到快速干燥的目的,解决传统干燥设备热交换效率不高的问题。该干燥设备具有较高的实用性和工艺应用的灵活性,其特点是:(1)采用复合传热原理,效率高;(2)干燥工艺控制灵活,通过转速与平直桨叶的角度可自由控制物料干燥效果和产量;(3)带热能回收利用系统,能体现优异的节能减排效果。
A new developed flat paddle dryer was specialized in powder industry.It adopts the combination of conductive contact heat transfer type and convective heat transfer type to achieve the purpose of rapid drying.It solves the problems of low heat exchange efficiency of traditional drying equipment.The drying equipment has high practicability and flexibility in process application.The characteristics are as follows:(1)adopting compound heat transfer principle,high efficiency;(2)flexible drying process,controlling the drying effect and outputting freely by rotating speed and the angle of straight blade;(3)with heat recovery and utilization system,reflecting the excellent energy saving and emission reduction effect.
