摘要
无损检测技术在苹果霉心病上的应用可有效从源头上控制感病果进入市场。该文就近年来苹果霉心病病害症状、病因、生理变化及影响因素的研究进展进行简要综述。就目前国内外近红外光谱技术、机器视觉技术、生物电阻抗技术等无损检测技术在采后苹果霉心病检测上的研究现状及存在的问题进行总结和分析,并对其在果实品质检测中应用前景进行展望。
The application of nondestructive measurement technology on apple moldy core can effectively control the entry of susceptible fruit into the market. Introduce the research progress of symptoms, etiology, physiological changes and influencing factors of apple moldy core in recent years. The application and existing problems of nondestructive measurement technology, such as near-infrared spectroscopy, machine vision, bioelectric impedance and so on, in the detection of apple’s moldy core, are summarized and analyzed. Further research of its application in fruit quality detection is also prospected.
