响应曲面法优化提取虎舌红皂苷及抗脂质过氧化研究 被引量:3

Optimization of Extraction of Saponins from Ardisia mamillata Hance by Response Surface Methodology and Anti Lipid Peroxidation

摘要 以虎舌红为原料,选用超声辅助法提取皂苷,采用响应曲面法优化提取工艺,并建立3种脂质过氧化模型,考察虎舌红皂苷对其抑制能力。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为:液料比20︰1 (mL/g)、超声功率200 W、乙醇体积分数70%、超声时间35 min、超声温度50℃,此条件下虎舌红皂苷得率为4.11%。虎舌红皂苷对3种脂质过氧化模型均有一定抑制能力,但抑制能力略有差别。对虎舌红皂苷的组成、结构及功能研究具有重要意义,有望为虎舌红的开发利用提供科学依据。 The ultrasonic-assisted extraction of saponins from Ardisia mamillata Hance was studied. Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process. Three lipid peroxidation models were established to investigate the inhibitory effect of Ardisia mamillata Hance on saponins. The results showed that the optimum extraction condition was as follows: ratio of liquid to material 20︰1(mL/g), ultrasonic power 200 W, ethanol concentration 70%, ultrasonic time 35 min, ultrasonic temperature 50 ℃. Under this condition, the yield of saponin was 4.11%. Saponins of Ardisia mamillata Hance could inhibit lipid peroxidation to some extent, but the inhibition ability was slightly different. It was of great significance to study the composition, structure and function of saponins in Ardisia mamillata Hance, and was expected to provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of Ardisia mamillata Hance.
