浅谈中小型制造企业采购管理与库存优化 被引量:2

摘要 随着全球经济一体化,现代企业经营活动对采购和库存的敏感性越来越强。文中以南京国际船舶设备配件有限公司为研究对象,回顾了企业以往的采购历程,然后从战略性物资、重要物资和一般物资的视角阐述了三类不同特点物资的供应商管理策略、采购模式及库存管理方式,以及从需求、计划管理不到位、供应商绩效评价分析不到位、信息共享程度不够、JIT采购带来的潜在风险、将库存转移给供应商等方面分析了其存在的缺点与不足,最后围绕上述缺点与不足提出了改进措施。 With the integration of global economy,modern business activities are more sensitive to procurement and inventory. This article takes Nanjing International Marine Equipment & Spares Ltd as the research object,review of procurement process in the past,and then from the perspective of strategic materials,important materials and general supplies expounds the three kinds of different characteristics of the material supplier management strategy,procurement mode and the mode of inventory management,and then from the demand,plan management does not reach the designated position,supplier performance evaluation analysis does not reach the designated position,degree of information sharing is not enough,JIT purchasing the potential risk and transfer the inventory to supplier analyzed the shortcomings and deficiencies,finally around the above shortcoming and improvement measures are put forward.
