养殖海水贝类中副溶血性弧菌的致病性及耐药性分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的对从山东和辽宁沿海地区养殖海水贝类中分离到的84株副溶血性弧菌进行致病性及耐药性分析。方法通过PCR扩增及测序法检测毒力基因,通过神奈川试验测定溶血能力,采用K-B法进行药敏试验分析。结果 84株菌均含有tlh基因,均不含trh基因,有1株菌含tdh基因。tdh基因阳性菌株的神奈川试验呈阳性,其余菌株均呈阴性。菌株对氨苄西林、头孢呋辛钠和复方新诺明的耐药率分别为91.7%、6.0%和1.2%。所有菌株对阿莫西林/克拉维酸、头孢曲松、头孢吡肟、阿米卡星、庆大霉素、亚胺培南、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、萘啶酸、氯霉素、氟苯尼考和呋喃妥因高度敏感。结论海水贝类中含有少量致病性副溶血性弧菌,菌株存在一定程度的耐药性,提示应加强对海产品中副溶血性弧菌致病性及耐药性的监控。 Objective To analyze the pathogenicity and antimicrobial resistance of 84 Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains isolates from maricultured shellfish samples from the coastal areas of Shandong Province and Liaoning Province. Methods The virulent genes were detected by PCR amplification and DNA sequencing. The hemolysis was tested by kanagawatest, and the antibiotic resistance was performed by K-B method. Results tlh gene was present in all of 84 strains, while trh gene was absent in all of them. Only one isolate was found to contain tdh gene and positive for kanagawatest. Most of the isolates were resistant to ampicillin (91.7%) and some of them were resistant to cefuroxime sodium (6.0%) and sulphamethoxazole/trimethoprim (1.2%). All isolates were sensitive to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, ceftriaxone, cefepime, amikacin, gentamicin, imipenem, ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, nalidixic acid, chloramphenicol, florfenicol and nitrofurantoin. Conclusion A few of pathogenic V. parahaemolyticus strains are present in shellfish and the isolates from shellfish have antimicrobial resistance to a certain extent. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of pathogenicity and antimicrobial resistance of V. parahaemolyticus in seafood.
