同位素稀释三重串联四级杆质谱法测定饮用水中4种增塑剂 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立同位素稀释-气相色谱-三重四级杆质谱法同时测定饮用水中3种邻苯二甲酸酯和己二酸二(2乙基己基)酯的方法。方法样品采用正己烷提取后,气相色谱三重四极杆质谱检测,内标法定量。结果方法具有良好线性,相关系数R均大于0.998,定量限为0.1~0.5 g/L。各组分平均回收率为92.3%~105.3%,相对标准偏差为0.4%~5.5%。实际样品中3种增塑剂有检出。结论该方法操作简单,准确度和灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为生活饮用水中增塑剂含量检测的确证方法。 Objective To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of 4 plasticizers in drinking water by isotope dilution-gas chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS). Methods Four plasticizers in the tested sample were extracted with n-hexane. The extraction was determined by GC-MS/MS, using internal standard method. Results The correlation coefficients(R) of 4 plasticizers were over 0.998, the limits of quantitation for 4 plasticizers were 0.1~0.5 g/L. The average recoveries of 4 plasticizers in drinking water were ranged from 92.3 % to 105.3 %. In addition, the relative standard deviations(RSDs) were in the range of 0.4%~5.5 %. Conclusion The method has advantages of simplicity, sensitivity and repeatability, and is suitable for the analysis of phthalate acid esters in drinking water.
