摘要
本文简述了网络环境下媒体的人力资源能力建设的重要意义,媒体必须加强人才队伍的知识化和创新能力建设,不断更新人才队伍的知识结构,逐步建立一支适应人才培养和发展的竞争机制和环境,造就一支既掌握一定的新闻专业知识、又熟知一定的现代化数字技术、网络化知识的新闻队伍,以适应知识经济时代对媒体发展的新要求。
This paper specifies the significance of human media resource construction in the network environment. In order to meet all-round demands in the knowledge-oriented economy era, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the media talents in their knowledge and creative abilities, especially to promote their knowledge structure, establish a competitive system and environment that help cultivate and develop talents. Only by doing so can we develop an excellent press team, who can grasp not merely certain press knowledge, but have an expertise in modern digital and network technology as well.
