摘要
通过对铝 硅合金实验数据分析 ,探讨二次气体的形成机理。研究合金成份和原始含气量对生成二次气孔的影响。研究认为 。
Through trial data analysis of silicon and aluminum alloy, the forming mechanism of secondary blowhole is discussed. The effect of alloy composition and original gas content on secondary blowhole is also studied. The main elements from aspects of Silicon content and dissolvability of hydrogen determine the change of secondary blowhole quantity.
