与西方发达国家相比 ,我国家电能耗浪费是惊人的。西方发达国家早在上个世纪 70年代就开始在家电降耗方面作出了卓有成效的努力。在我国 ,一场家电节能之战正在打响 ,冰箱和洗衣机的降耗尤其令商家重视。
