摘要
介绍了中材天山水泥有限公司5 000t/d窑尾袋除尘器的改造过程,通过改造方案的比选,确定了增加滤袋数量、提高过滤面积、调整袋长的改造方案。滤袋材料选用复合P84覆膜滤料,该滤料在酸性废气和碱性粉尘中性能稳定,过滤效率高。改造后经检测,通过了环保部门的考核,实现了低阻力、低排放、低能耗的设计目标。
It introduces the transformation process of 5 000 t/d kiln bag filter of CNBM Tianshan Cement Group.Through the comparison and selection,the transformation schemes of increasing the number of filter bags,increasing the filter area and adjusting the length of the bag is determined.Composite P84 membrane filter material is selected as the filter bag material,which has stable performance and high filtration efficiency in acidic waste gas and alkaline dust.After the transformation,it passed the assessment of the environmental protection department and achieved the design goal of low resistance,low emission and low energy consumption.
