摘要
介绍了垂直筛板的结构及气液流动接触的原理,并用垂直筛板替代浮阀塔板改造黑龙江齐化化工有限责任公司原有的氯乙烯低沸精馏塔。投入使用后,氯乙烯单体中的乙炔等低沸物含量几乎为0,电石消耗由原来的1.43t/(t·PVC)降至1.40t/(t·PVC)。
The structure of vertical sieve plate and the theory of gas-liquid contac t were introduced.The valve plates were replaced with vertical sieve plates to r e mould the low-boiler rectification column for purification of VCM in Heilongjian g Qihua Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.After the new tower was adopted,the conten t of low-boiler substances,such as acetylene,contained in VCM was nearly zero,the co nsumption of calcium carbide reduced from 1.43 t/(t·PVC) to 1.40 t/(t·PVC).
