摘要
本篇为《内经》论梦的专篇,比较全面系统地阐述了邪气由外袭内扰及脏腑气血使人发梦的机理,以及所发生的梦象与脏象的关系。重点论述了与疾病相关的梦,阐明了"病梦"的病因、病机。对一些临床"莫见其形,莫知其情"的潜在病变,具有早期诊断价值,根据"辨梦"具体施行"虚实补泻"的治疗原则,从而更好地指导临床,为临床"辨梦"的实际运用提供了理论基础,应对此挖掘整理研究。
This theory attempts to analyze dreams in the eyes of Nei jing. It comprehensively and systematically describes the mechanism of dreams produced by evil influence from surface to internal organs and the relationship between dream images and visceral symptoms. Moreover,this thesis focuses on the dreams associated with the disease,emphasizing the cause and pathogenesis of 'Unhealthy dream 'and it intends to provide reference value with early diagnosis to clinical potential lesions. According to 'distinguishing dream treatment ',the doctors can apply 'the principle of reinforcing and reducing actual situation 'to clinical implement. Thus,this thesis deserves to be analysed in depth and it can give useful clinical guidance and theoretical foundation to the practical use of 'the treatment of distinguishing dreams'.
