摘要
随着我国教育体制改革的快速发展,幼儿园教育越来越受到教育部门的重视,因此,加强幼儿园管理工作对幼儿的成长和发展至关重要。这就要求相关管理人员应创新幼儿园管理工作,构建和谐幼儿管理局面,协调好幼儿园内部与外部的关系,这对幼儿园当前的发展具有重要的现实意义。本文主要阐述了幼儿园管理工作存在的主要问题,以及对幼儿园管理工作创新的对策探讨,进而为幼儿构建良好的学习环境。
With the rapid development of China's education system reform,kindergarten education has been paid more and more attention by the education department. therefore,it is very important to strengthen the management of kindergarten for the growth and development of children. This requires the relevant management personnel should innovate kindergarten management,build a harmonious situation of kindergarten management,and coordinate the relationship between the kindergarten internal and external,which has important practical significance for the current development of kindergarten. This paper mainly expounds the main problems existing in kindergarten management,and discusses the countermeasures of kindergarten management innovation,so as to build a good learning environment for children.
