摘要
随着科学技术、经济、信息技术的飞速发展以及人们的生活质量的提高,人们对自己所处的环境的要求越来越高,尤其是近年来出现了多起房屋质量不过关的事件,因此,居民对房屋建筑施工质量的要求也越来越高。因为,房屋建筑工程所涉及到的问题不仅关乎居民的财产问题,也与居民安全息息相关,甚至还关系到经济发展的速度问题。就目前情况看来,我国的房屋建筑质量差强人意,这严重制约着我国建筑行业的进一步的发展。
