摘要
当前,我国城市化水平不断提高,可利用的土地资源越来越少,在这种环境下,高层建筑被广泛的应用。自从我国改革开放以来,我国经济的发展取得了显著的成效,在此种环境下,高层建筑企业的发展迎来了机遇。但与此同时,高层建筑行业的快速发展,也使高层建筑企业之间的竞争逐渐呈现白热化趋势,企业想要生存下去,就要对企业施工的质量进行保证。因此,高层建筑施工管理工作逐渐地突显出来。本文对高层建筑施工管理的质量通病进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了行之有效的控制措施,以供参考。
